- Wrong time or city data — include the city page URL and what you expected. Time zone rules come from the IANA database, but our city database occasionally has misplaced or duplicated cities, and we fix those quickly.
- Bug reports — tell us the URL, your browser and what happened.
- Feature requests — missing tool, missing language, missing city.
- API & widgets — see the API docs first; for anything not covered there, email us.
- Business inquiries — partnerships, data licensing or advertising.
